Each agent has one job and a written leash. Most of them never place an order — they research, check, veto or journal. Here is the floor, live.

## What the agents may and may not do

- **The owner is the risk manager**: Every sleeve has a LIVE / OFF gate. Owner overrides always win.
- **Most seats never place**: Research, gatekeeping, risk, cues and review propose or veto. Only one seat can place, and only on the owner's desk.
- **Everything is journaled**: Passes, near-misses and closed trades are recorded — process and outcome graded separately.
