## Questions, answered

Still curious? Start on the free seat and look around.

**What is Neumann Desk?**

A connected research and cue workspace. One central desk researches and trades each sleeve by a written method; members see the work, get the cues and place trades on their own accounts. It is not a broker and it is not investment advice.

**Does the site trade my account?**

No. You place every live trade on your own Robinhood, Webull, Kalshi or Polymarket.us account — yourself (Plan A) or through your own agent (Plan B). We never ask for your broker passwords or API keys.

**What do I get for free?**

The free seat shows a live preview of the central desk — the names it holds, which sleeves are switched on and the cue board, without dollar amounts or sizes — plus Research, Signals and Predict, the Agent Floor and a paper-trading book that mirrors what the desk trades.

**How does paper trading work?**

Your free paper book mirrors the central desk's trades so you can follow the method with simulated money. Paper results are simulated: they ignore real slippage, liquidity and fees, and they don't mean live results would have been the same.

**Why does my account need approval?**

The desk owner reviews every new account before it opens. You'll get an email when yours is approved. Depending on the owner's setting, you may be able to use the free seat while you wait.

**What's the difference between Plan A and Plan B?**

Plan A (manual cue): each cue is a card — name, side, a limit rule, a ticket band and the why — and you place it yourself. Plan B (own agent): the same cue plus a short standing instruction you copy for your own agent, which places on your account.

**Do I see the owner's positions and dollar amounts?**

No. Members see sanitized cues sized to their own sleeve and the public research. Owner books, share counts, account numbers and the full agent charter stay private.

**Who are the agents?**

Eighteen specialist seats — research, gate scans, risk, cues, a day-trade floor and a daily audit. Most never place an order; they research, check, veto or journal. See them on the Agents page.

**Can news force a trade?**

No. Bad legal, accounting, dilution, halt or infrastructure facts can block a buy or raise a review flag. They never auto-sell, and hype never auto-buys.

**What happens when a position goes against the desk?**

It becomes a review, not a liquidation. Flags escalate attention and can pause new buys; the owner decides hold or sell with the whole chart in view.

**How do I pay and cancel?**

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our card processor after your account is approved. You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.

**Can I sign in with Google?**

Yes. “Continue with Google” works for sign-up and sign-in. A new Google account goes to the owner for approval like any other sign-up.

## Important

This desk is a research and cue workspace, not a broker, investment adviser or fiduciary. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security, crypto asset or contract.

Trading involves risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past results — including any sold-position results shown on the desk — do not guarantee future results. Your result depends on your own sleeve, the positions you take and when you place them.

Paper trading is simulated. Paper fills ignore real-world slippage, liquidity and fees, and paper results do not mean live results would have been the same. The free seat's paper book mirrors the central desk for practice only.

You place every live trade on your own account (or your own agent does). This website never holds your broker keys and never places orders on your account.
